Pricing for Profitability in your Product Business
Learn to balance the art and science of pricing your products for profit.
By the end of the training you will:
• understand the factors that go into setting pricing and how to work out the true profit your products make;
• have a consistent, sustainable pricing strategy that can work for your whole business over and over again;
• know what information gaps are influencing your pricing decisions at the moment, and have a plan for how you’ll address them; and
• feel confident that you can make profitable pricing decisions that are attractive to your customers.
